Other Details to Note

- We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags for kitchen trash cans, 1 trash bag per trash can located outside in the bear cage (total of 2 trash cans outside). All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc. - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $20 fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. - food, beverages, spices, condiments, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - if you need a scheduled trash pick up there is a $45 fee - communicate with the host only through the Airbnb App

- No smoking inside the cabin (outside is permitted) - No more than 2 pets allowed, if more than 2 then guest must have host approval, you must notify if you are bringing pets otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your booking, there is a pet fee per stay. - unapproved late checkouts will incur a charge of $150 which is a pass-through fee charged by the cleaning company for delays and the need to send additional housekeepers. - charcoal BBQ park grill in front of cabin, guest responsible for charcoal purchase and extinguishing burning coal to prevent fires - Kuerig and drip coffee machine are provided. K-cups, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, milk products are not provided and may be purchased at Kroger or any local grocery store by guests. - food, beverages, spices, cooking ingredients are not provided and may be purchased at Kroger or any local grocery store. - community pool opens Memorial Day week and closes shortly after Labor Day, we do not make guarantees on the exact date as this can fluctuate depending on the HOA and weather - no parties - no underage drinking - no firearms or weapons allowed on the property - strict adherence to the guest total, no outside guests allowed - Guests are responsible for properly disposing of their trash in the designated outdoor bins or collection areas provided at the property. If you’d prefer not to handle this during your stay, we’re happy to arrange a mid-stay trash pickup for your convenience. Please note there is a $55 service fee for this request, which can be processed through Airbnb upon confirmation.

We stayed in this exact cabin for our wedding in 2020. We loved it so much that we knew it would be a perfect place to stay with our kiddos for vacation! They especially loved the hot tub and bunk beds! The king bed downstairs is extremely comfortable! Everything was very clean and well kept! Communication was very detailed and easy to follow. Check in was seamless and easy!

Find us

Guests are 1 minute away from Patriot Park which is the hub for the city's public transportation. Guests wanting to go to Dollywood and not drive can simply walk to the front of the resort. The trolley passes the resort on the main road every 10-20 minutes depending on the time of year. NO STEEP ROADS TO THE CABIN, VERY EASY TO TRAVEL TO!!!
