- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $20 fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. - Gas Fireplace: we ask guest not to attempt operating, it has been dismantled. - the gas fireplace is inoperable. Do not attempt usage as it will not work. The gas tank has been removed from the property for guest safety. There is no gas tank located on the property and therefore there is no flow of gas to the fireplace. This is a gas-free cabin for guest safety. - Master Bathroom - NO JACUZZI TUB, to be used as regular tub - charcoal BBQ located street side, charcoal not included, we ask guest to use self igniting charcoal that does not require lighter fluid. - Faux Electric Fireplaces: do not have enough of power to fully heat up bedrooms, please use AC Heater - Not notifying of pets and paying the pet fee is considered a broken house rule -We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags for kitchen trash cans, 1 trash bag per trash can located outside in the bear cage (total of 2 trash cans outside) All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc. - food, beverages, spices, condiments, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - Mountain Nature Disclaimer Please note: Our cabin is located in the Smoky Mountains, surrounded by forest and wildlife. While we have routine pest control and take preventative steps, occasional sightings of insects/critters may occur — especially during seasonal shifts. House Rules

-There is a per stay pet fee non-refundable applies to up to 2 pets, need approval for more pets above 2, guest must inform host that they will be bringing a pet in advance to booking or the host reserves the right to cancel the guest's booking - no smoking inside the cabin - the gas fireplace located in the main living room has been dismantled due to gas and fire risks to the cabin and guests, we ask that you do not attempt usage as it will not function. This is a gas free cabin, all gas tanks have been removed from the property. - host provides a charcoal BBQ grill located outside in front of cabin, guests to provide charcoal, lighting/ignitors, etc. - tub on the main level has jets but have been dismantled, only to be used as a regular tub - Hot tub outside - per CDC and industry standard, we use bromine as a sterilant, at times can cause rashes, especially in young children - Hot tub outside - after every stay we change the water and due to volume of water change the temperature may not be as hot as expected, heating can take more than 6-12 hours when set at 100-102 degrees - NO JACUZZI TUB in master bed, to be used as regular tub. - east Tennessee wildlife more than likely to be encounter, ask questions, animals include but not limited to bears, birds, raccoons, etc. - guests must bring their own food and condiments - unapproved late checkouts will incur a charge of $200 which is a pass-through fee charged by the cleaning company for delays and the need to send additional housekeepers. You must have a text on the app stating your late check out of the specified time has been approved.

We stayed for a 30th birthday celebration for our group of friends who are all turning 30 this year and this cabin was such a beautiful private escape from the day to day to enjoy the last peaceful moments of our 20s. It was secluded enough while also being close to the main pigeon forge/gaitlinburg tourist areas. The cabin was beautiful! 10/10 would love to come back!!

We loved our stay. The view was one of the best in the area and the price was great for what you got. Cabin was clean and was exactly as described. It was easy to get to and was close enough to easily get to activities, but secluded enough to enjoy the quiet mountains. Our first night we had a mama bear and her 2 cubs come visit in the driveway! We of course kept distance and did not feed them but they were beautiful to see. Also the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Definitely would recommended and do again.

Pulling up to the cabin it didn’t look as fancy as some of the others nearby. But wow! Around the back the views were perfection! The cabin was wonderful! It’s business in the front, party in the back! Lol! Best place we’ve ever stayed honestly! So much room, we could have fit at least 6 more people! Everything you need in the kitchen besides spices, olive oil, etc. I would love to stay here again! While Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are nearby for the tourist part of the trip, you feel like you are in a different place while here!
