We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 bags for kitchen trash can, and 1 bag per trash can outside (2 trash cans located outside) All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests, etc. - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $30 fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. - ice maker : produces smaller amounts and may not be suitable for large groups. We advise bringing bagged ice. - food, beverages, spices, condiments, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - if you need a scheduled trash pick up there is a $55 fee. - No BBQ grill at this property - communicate with the host only through the Airbnb App Seasonal Note: Ladybugs are common in the Smoky Mountains during certain times of the year. Despite regular cleaning and pest prevention, some may be present. This is normal for the area. Keeping doors and windows closed helps prevent entry.

-No smoking inside cabin, outside is permitted - there is per stay pet fee non-refundable applies to up to 2 pets, guest must inform host that they will be bringing a pet in advance to booking or the host reserves the right to cancel the guest's booking. If more than 2 pets then guest must have host approval. - Kuerig and drip coffee machine are provided. K-cups, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, milk products are not provided and may be purchased at Kroger or any local grocery store by guests. - beverages, food, spices are not provided - animal wildlife is possible to encounter, exercise caution, ask questions if needed - community pool opens Memorial Day week and closes shortly after Labor Day, we do not make guarantees on the exact date as this can fluctuate depending on the HOA without notice. - unapproved late checkouts will incur a charge of $200 which is a pass-through fee charged by the cleaning company for delays and the need to send additional housekeepers. You must have a text on the app stating your late check out of the specified time has been approved. - Guests are responsible for properly disposing of their trash in the designated outdoor bins or collection areas provided at the property. The is a collection large green bin located at the front of the community entrance by the Fiddlers Creek signage. If you’d prefer not to handle this during your stay, we’re happy to arrange a mid-stay trash pickup for your convenience. Please note there is a $55 service fee for this request, which can be processed through Airbnb upon confirmation. - excessive bagged trash or uncollected trash is subject to $45 fee

Clean and had plenty of rooms for our family of 7. Especially love that everyone was able to have their own room/space plus their own bathrooms. Everything was clean. Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Host was very helpful and communicative. Check in/Check out instructions were easy. 5 minuet drive to the main strip in Pigeon Forge so excellent location! The game room/movie room was great!
