If you plan to bring more than 12 guests, we recommend reviewing the sleeping arrangements with the host prior to booking. Our goal is to ensure that you and your guests are well-informed and comfortable throughout your stay.

Other Details to Note

We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 bags for kitchen trash can, and 1 bag per trash can outside (outside in bear cage has 3 total trash cans) All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc. - Charcoal Park BBQ : guests to purchase their own lighter fluid, charcoal, food, etc. - food, beverages, spices, condiments, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - if you need a scheduled trash pick up there is a $55 fee. Otherwise you may bring excessive trash to the front of the communities large green trash bin. - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $20 fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. - communicate with the host only through the Airbnb App Zero Tolerance for parties

-guests may not attempt to not pay the pet fee by having unapproved pets on the property. Make sure the number of pets are accurately listed in your guest count - no smoking inside the cabin - strict no parties allowed or illegal drugs, your reservation will be canceled and reported to Airbnb. - do not allow pets to urinate or defecate on the decks - please pick up after pets in the community - charcoal BBQ provided, guests to purchase their own charcoal, lighter fluid, food, etc. - early check in or late check outs are subject to additional fees of $35-65 depending on the amount of hours earlier than the 4pm check in time, guests must inform host of any such requests. - unapproved late checkouts will incur a charge of $150 which is a pass-through fee charged by the cleaning company for delays and the need to send additional housekeepers. Check out times are set for 10am by default. - Guests are responsible for properly disposing of their trash in the designated outdoor bins or collection areas provided at the property. The is a collection large green bin located at the front of the community entrance by the Fiddlers Creek signage. If you’d prefer not to handle this during your stay, we’re happy to arrange a mid-stay trash pickup for your convenience. Please note there is a $55 service fee for this request, which can be processed through Airbnb upon confirmation.

We had a great stay at papa wolf cabins. It was a great location and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go! The cabin was a great fit for our family to have plenty of space!

This cabin was Absolutely beautiful. Easy to get to and within a mile from main strip. The host was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. I will definitely book with them again in the near future.

- Free parking on the premise - Getting to the cabin is very easy for our area of East Tennessee. There’s no steep roads and it’s double sided roads all the way to the cabin. - 2 parking spots in the driveway in front of the cabin - other vehicles can be parked street side to the cabin
