We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 bags for kitchen trash can, and 1 bag per trash can outside (outside in bear cage has 3 total trash cans) All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc. - ice maker : produces smaller amounts and may not be suitable for large groups. We advise bringing bagged ice. - Charcoal Park BBQ : guests to purchase their own lighter fluid, charcoal, food, etc. - food, beverages, spices, condiments, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - if you need a scheduled trash pick up there is a $55 fee. Otherwise you may bring excessive trash to the front of the communities large green trash bin. - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $25 fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. - communicate with the host only through the Airbnb App Seasonal Note: Ladybugs are common in the Smoky Mountains during certain times of the year. Despite regular cleaning and pest prevention, some may be present. This is normal for the area. Keeping doors and windows closed helps prevent entry. Mountain Nature Disclaimer Please note: Our cabin is located in the Smoky Mountains, surrounded by forest and wildlife. While we have routine pest control and take preventative steps, occasional sightings of insects/critters may occur — especially during seasonal shifts. This is common for mountain cabins and not a sign of poor cleanliness. We respond quickly to any concerns if notified during your stay. Hot Tub Information: For sanitation purposes, the hot tub may be drained, cleaned, and refilled between guest stays. In some cases, a departing guest may check out on the same day that a new guest arrives, requiring the hot tub to be freshly refilled shortly before check-in. Fresh fill water typically enters the tub at approximately 55–65°F and may require several hours to reach operating temperature. Hot tubs generally heat at a rate of approximately 2–4°F per hour, and heating time will vary based on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Guests arriving shortly after a refill may find the water below its final set temperature. This process helps ensure the hot tub is clean, sanitized, and ready for your stay.
