Please note that sleeper sofas are generally suitable for one adult or two children. If you plan to bring more than 12 guests, we recommend reviewing the sleeping arrangements with the host prior to booking. Our goal is to ensure that you and your guests are well-informed and comfortable throughout your stay.

Other Details to Note

We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 2 trash bags for kitchen trash cans, 1 trash bag per trash can located outside in the bear cage (total of 3 trash cans outside)All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc. - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $20 fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. - Charcoal Park BBQ : guests to purchase their own lighter fluid, charcoal, food, etc. - food, beverages, spices, condiments, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - if you need a scheduled trash pick up there is a $55 fee. Otherwise you may bring excessive trash to the front of the communities large green trash bin. - communicate with the host only through the Airbnb App

- guests must accurately state the number of pets and unapproved pets are strictly prohibited - guests may not attempt to have unapproved pets thus attempt to not pay the pet fee - no smoking in the property - do not manipulate or tamper the outdoor security camera - guests to bring their own food, drinks, spices, etc for cooking - coffee maker provided, guests to bring their own K-cups, coffee, creamer, milk, sugar, etc. - park BBQ provided, guests to bring charcoal, matches, lighter fluid, etc. - do not allow pets to defecate or urinate inside the cabin or on the patios - no parties allowed, or else have your reservation canceled and reported to Airbnb - guests must observe city noise ordinance laws - no firearms or weapons of any sort allowed on the property - no underage drinking allowed - no illegal drugs/substances allowed on the property - unapproved late checkouts will incur a charge of $150 which is a pass-through fee charged by the cleaning company for delays and the need to send additional housekeepers. You must have a text on the app stating your late check out of the specified time has been approved. - Guests are responsible for properly disposing of their trash in the designated outdoor bins or collection areas provided at the property. The is a collection large green bin located at the front of the community entrance by the Fiddlers Creek signage. If you’d prefer not to handle this during your stay, we’re happy to arrange a mid-stay trash pickup for your convenience. Please note there is a $55 service fee for this request, which can be processed through Airbnb upon confirmation.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this cabin! Our group of 9 included my family, and even with such a large group, we never once felt cramped. The cabin is incredibly spacious and well laid out, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The host was outstanding—super communicative, responsive, and clear throughout the entire process, which made everything feel effortless and smooth. The cabin itself was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. My niece and nephew especially loved the pool table—it was definitely a highlight for them! We all had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to staying here again in the future. I can’t recommend this cabin enough—whether you're a big family or a group of friends, it’s the perfect spot for a getaway!

We’ve been coming to Pigeon Forge for over 30 years and this was such a great cabin. Easy to get to and not far from Parkway. We will definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back.
