Other Details to Note

- We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 2 trash bags for kitchen trash can, 1 trash bag per trash can located outside in the bear cage (total of 2 trash cans outside). All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $20 fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. - bunkbeds by nature can be squeaky, please be aware of noise potential. - the tub in the master bathroom is NOT a jacuzzi tub, it is to be used only as a regular bathtub. - the gas fireplace is inoperable. Do not attempt usage as it will not work. The gas tank has been removed from the property for guest safety as of February 12, 2024. No gas tanks are located anywhere on the property for guest safety. This is a gas free cabin. - the last 1/2 mile of the road leading to the cabin, some guests may consider the road steep, during snow season we recommend an AWD vehicle. - in the mountains of east Tenneesee you will encounter wildlife, not limited to bears, deer, rodents, raccoons, critters, etc., these are normal and usual for all of East Tennessee - black bear frequent the area and cabin as it is located in the mountains and close to Great Smokey Mountains National Park. - food, beverages, spices, condiments, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - if you need a schedule trash pick up there is a $45 fee. - communicate with the host only through the Airbnb App

- there is per stay pet fee non-refundable applies to up to 2 pets, guest must inform host that they will be bringing a pet in advance to booking or the host reserves the right to cancel the guest's booking. If more than 2 pets then guest must have host approval. -guests must not attempt to not pay the pet fee by having unapproved pets on the property - No smoking inside the cabin - unapproved late checkouts will incur a charge of $150 which is a pass-through fee charged by the cleaning company for delays and the need to send additional housekeepers. You must have a text on the app stating your late check out of the specified time has been approved. - the gas fireplace in the living room has been turned of due to gas and fire risk to the cabin and guests, we ask that you please do not attempt usage. This property is a gas free property as such there are no gas tanks or flow of gas has ceased. - all pet feces must be picked up by guests - east Tennessee wildlife can be encounter included but not limited to bears, birds, raccoons, etc. exercise caution and proper safety. - charcoal BBQ park grill in front of cabin, guest responsible for charcoal purchase and extinguishing burning coal to prevent fires. - guests must bring their own food and condiments

In Beautiful Wears Valley ! this is a more quiet scenic area of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, that offers a straight drive directly into the city center of Pigeon Forge which bypasses major traffic located on the Parkway, roads are easy to get to from any type of vehicle

Guest access

- We have a long drive way with ample parking for 4-6 cars - the roads up to the cabin are very manageable to drive - the front door is a Nest digital lock (door code to be sent 48 hours prior to check in)

We just left our stay at the cabin. Everything was perfect for our group of 10. The kids had something to do a night with the pool table and fuse ball. Location was peaceful and beautiful. Would recommend to anyone!

Me and 6 college friends stayed here for a spring break hiking trip and we loved it! Super cute house in a nice town with really good views! Host was very nice and responsive when we had questions, we would 100% stay here again!

The best way to get up to the cab is from Wears Valley Road and get onto Line Springs Road, use mobile map apps for best direction. There is ample parking for 5 large trucks We are located off of Ole Smokey Way on a gravel road Try to use Waze for best directions followed by other Maps apps
