Other Details to Note

We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags for kitchen trash can, 1 trash bag per trash can located outside in the bear cage (total of 3 trash cans outside) All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc. - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $20 fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. - guests must notify of brining PETS to the listing, having pets and not notifying/paying for the pet fee is considered a broken house rule. - food, beverages, spices, condiments, charcoal, coffee, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - if you need a scheduled trash pick up there is a $65 fee. Otherwise you may bring excessive trash to the front of the communities large green trash bin. - charcoal, lighter fluid, matches are not included - Roku TV offering channels/shows/movies - bring your passwords for streaming - communication with host must be on the Airbnb app

- guests must accurately state the number of pets on reserveration - guests may not attempt to not pay the pet fee by having unapproved pets on the property - guests must accurately state the number of guests - smoking allowed only on patio decks - no parties allowed - no firearms or weapons allowed on the property - no underage drinking - no illegal drugs allowed on the property - unapproved late checkouts will incur a charge of $150 which is a pass-through fee charged by the cleaning company for delays and the need to send additional housekeepers. You must have a text on the app stating your late check out of the specified time has been approved. - Guests are responsible for properly disposing of their trash in the designated outdoor bins or collection areas provided at the property. The is a collection large green bin located at the front of the community entrance by the Fiddlers Creek signage. If you’d prefer not to handle this during your stay, we’re happy to arrange a mid-stay trash pickup for your convenience. Please note there is a $55 service fee for this request, which can be processed through Airbnb upon confirmation.

Our family of nine had a wonderful stay at Papa Wolf's Cabins. The low entrance and first floor bedroom was perfect for my grandmother with mobility issues. The community was quiet and a short drive from the Pigeon-Forge strip. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We did have a few maintenance issues but it did not interfere with the comfort of our stay. I would definitely recommend for your next group vacation.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group. 7 adults and 2 kids 6 and 7. Plenty of space to spread out and play pool or just relax. The kitchen has every tool you could possibly need. We found it very easy to get to the main attractions like DollyWood and dinner shows within minutes. We definitely recommend Papa Wolf Cabins. Excellent host.

- ample parking for 6 vehicles - there is two ways of getting up to the cabin with 2 separate driveways, the driveway closest to the entry of the community is long and not as steep as the one that is located further away from the entry of the cabin - double sided roads up to the cabin
